01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pk42.pro and registering an account, you enter into a legally binding agreement with pk42 under these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all aspects of the platform including sports betting, casino games, slots, bingo, promotions, payments and customer support interactions. Use of any part of pk42 constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.

If you are accessing pk42 on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. These terms are written in English and the English version governs in all cases.

02Eligibility

To register and use pk42 you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering for yourself and not on behalf of another person.
• You are not acting in any professional capacity that creates a conflict of interest with fair use of the platform.
• You understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money deposited on the platform.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement that would prohibit you from using a gaming platform.

pk42 reserves the right to request documentation verifying your age and identity at any point. Accounts may be suspended and winnings withheld if satisfactory verification is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

03Account Registration

Each individual may register one account on pk42. Multiple accounts registered by the same person — whether through different contact details, devices or payment methods — are not permitted. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk42 may close all associated accounts and any balances across those accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your contact details and any other account information up to date. pk42 is not responsible for communications that fail to reach you because your contact details are outdated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login details with anyone. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals made — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security concern to pk42 support before that activity took place.

04Deposits and Payments

All transactions on pk42 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits can be made using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and other supported mobile wallets. The available methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your pk42 balance within one to two minutes of confirmation in your wallet app. Bank transfer and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on the method and time of day. pk42 does not apply any conversion or additional fees on deposits — the amount you send is the amount that appears in your PKR balance.

You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are not accepted. Where a third-party payment is identified, pk42 reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the account pending further review.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, as a standard security measure. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the following standard timeframes:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically processed on the same day, often within a few hours of the request being submitted.
• Raast: processed within the same business day in most cases.
• Bank transfer: processed within 24 hours on standard banking days.

Withdrawals may be subject to a standard identity verification check, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the withdrawal amount is above a standard threshold. pk42 will notify you if documentation is required. Processing times may be extended during verification.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Only balances that have cleared the relevant wagering conditions are eligible for withdrawal. The status of any active bonus wagering requirement can be checked in your account dashboard.

06Bonuses and Promotions

pk42 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on slots, enhanced odds on cricket and PSL matches, and accumulator boosts. All promotional offers are published on the Promotions page with their full terms.

Before claiming any bonus, you should read the specific terms for that offer. Key conditions typically include:

• Wagering requirement: the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• Eligible games: some bonuses apply only to specific game categories — for example, a free spins offer may be restricted to selected slot titles.
• Minimum deposit: a qualifying deposit amount is usually required to activate a deposit match bonus.
• Expiry date: bonuses that are not used within the stated timeframe will be removed from your account automatically.
• Maximum bet during wagering: using stakes above a stated maximum when wagering through a bonus balance may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, artificial wagering to meet requirements, coordinated play or exploiting technical errors to gain unintended bonus value — is not permitted and will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

07Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets on pk42 are subject to the specific rules for the sport and market type in question. Key general rules are set out below:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. If a market is suspended or the event has already started when a bet is submitted, the bet may be rejected.
• Cricket bets follow official ICC and PCB scorecards and results. For PSL, official PCB results are used. Bets are voided if a match does not reach a result — for example, if it is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result under DLS rules is reached.
• Football bets are settled on the result after 90 minutes of regulation play, including added time. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless the market specifically states otherwise.
• Live in-play bets are accepted based on current live data. Markets may be suspended temporarily during key events such as wickets falling or goals being scored and reopen with updated odds.
• Cash Out is available on selected markets at the discretion of pk42 and may not be available during market suspension periods.
• pk42 reserves the right to void bets where a palpable error in odds has occurred — for example, where a price was published at clearly incorrect levels due to a data or technical error.

08Casino Games and Other Products

Slots, live casino games and bingo on pk42 are provided by third-party game suppliers. The rules for individual games are displayed within the game interface. pk42 does not control the outcomes of casino games — results are determined by certified random number generators or by live dealer activity, depending on the game type.

In the event of a technical fault during a casino game session, the round in question may be voided and any stake involved returned to your balance. pk42 will not be held liable for losses resulting from a game being interrupted due to a network failure or device issue on your end.

Live casino streams require a stable internet connection. Disconnection during a live session may result in the active bet being settled on the outcome that was reached, where that outcome can be confirmed from the live dealer's records. Where a round was incomplete and cannot be determined, the stake will be returned.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk42 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using automated software, bots or scripted tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or odds mistakes to place bets that would not otherwise be available.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bet outcomes or abuse bonus structures.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where such use is not permitted under local law.

10Account Suspension and Closure

pk42 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or where required to comply with internal policy. Where an account is suspended for investigation, pk42 will aim to communicate the reason within a reasonable timeframe and provide a route for the player to respond.

Funds held in a suspended account will be kept secure during any investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. Where no breach is found, the full balance will be returned and the account reinstated.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting pk42 customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding any uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification checks.

11Responsible Gaming

pk42 is committed to providing tools that help players stay in control of their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from the account settings section:

• Deposit limits — set a maximum PKR amount you can deposit per day, week or month. Increases to a deposit limit take effect only after a waiting period; reductions take effect immediately.
• Session time reminders — set an alert to notify you after a chosen period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods — take a short break from the platform for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours up to several weeks.
• Self-exclusion — exclude yourself from the platform for an extended period. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the stated period has elapsed.

12Limitation of Liability

pk42 provides the platform on an as-available basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned technical issues may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. pk42 will not be liable for losses resulting from such interruptions.

pk42 is not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform including but not limited to losses from bets placed, losses during casino game sessions, or losses resulting from technical issues on your device or network. The platform is for entertainment purposes and all play is at your own risk.

13Changes to These Terms

pk42 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the contact details held on their account. Continued use of the platform after notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated.

If you disagree with any change made to the Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and the return of any eligible balance.
